For a business quotation, please provide your business name, contact person and business address. Looking to buy privately? Please email info@cityupdate.de. Depending on the item, a private purchase may be possible by individual arrangement. You will receive a personal quotation with the total price including VAT, any shipping costs and the applicable terms of sale.
Enquire about an item
Use the enquiry on the item page or email info@cityupdate.de with the item number. Specify quantity, variant and collection or shipping.
Confirm the details
We confirm availability, condition, included items, net price, VAT, shipping costs, total amount and applicable terms of sale. An enquiry is not a binding order.
Pay by bank transfer
We provide payment details after agreeing the sale. Please transfer funds only after our confirmation, using the payment reference provided.
Collect or arrange delivery
Collection is by appointment. Shipping depends on the item and destination. We agree costs and delivery timing before purchase.
Net prices for business customers
The main prices exclude 19% VAT and any shipping costs. Item pages also show the amount including 19% VAT. For cross-border deliveries, the applicable tax treatment will be confirmed before a contract is concluded.
Variant prices depend on the version and quantity. All offers are subject to availability.
